"Wow! As I sat down to write this I started thinking what this job means to me. I am a 3rd year Civil Engineering student at Western. When I started here 16 months ago, all I was looking for was an opportunity to earn some more money on a flexible part-time basis. Well, I got that and much, much more. I have learned so much about working with people, presentation, time management and the value of self-discipline. I have also had the chance to work and compete with some of the most amazing people I have ever met. The managers in this company are awesome. I would like to thank my manager Lionel Johnston and my wife for all the help they have given me, especially for forcing me to remember my goals when I wanted to forget them.
