"My Vector Marketing experience ultimately reflected a time of personal growth. Before this job, I felt as though my tenacity and desire for life was being numbed in the repetitive, and predictable nature of university. This job provided me with difficult, but clearly obtainable goals. Therefore, I felt like I conquered goals not only in Vector Marketing, but in all the other facets of my life. I talked to many people and engaged in genuine conversations. Therefore, I now believe I possess essential people skills which will translate effectively to any job I acquire in the future. #1. LINDSAY ALLERY - $1,000 Calgary Office - Mount Royal College "When I first started this job, I was really skeptical and so was my Dad, and most of my friends. I started out strong and kept consistent with over $1,000 in sales for nine weeks in a row. Whenever I had a bad demo, or got discouraged, Angie and Cody gave me great incentives and kept me motivated. I had a full course load and some weeks I was too busy with homework to do any more than one or two demos on the weekend, but my promotions kept coming. I have never had a job that has as much recognition of their employees as Vector Marketing does. There are amazing incentives to work towards, and great people to help you along the way. Being the first rep in Calgary to win the #1 Scholarship spot, all in my first four months, has given me the drive to try even harder to exceed my own expectations and prove all of my skeptics wrong."		#2. I love this flexibility that allows me to do many other things such as going to school, competing in snowboard, making jewellery, teaching it and spending time with my friends and family. It has given me all the time I need off, while at the same time giving me encouragement from the people at the office to stick with it and to meet goals, and break records! Working with Vector Marketing this summer is going to give me the opportunity to enjoy every last bit of it while also making more money than most summer jobs offer, along with a great learning experience and meeting new friends. And to think all you have to do is read the manual!"

Congratulations to all those who won and what a great challenge for all of the runners up. Anybody can win this scholarship, all you have to do is set your goals high and then live for them to happen. What a wonderful experience this has been working for Vector Marketing. There is such a great opportunity for personal and professional growth while working with Vector Marketing, working here has proven this for me. I have really enjoyed going to peoples homes and getting to know them as well as showing them a great product. Going on trips with Vector Marketing, having pumped up meetings and exciting push periods have all helped me to reach and set high goals for myself. This race has helped push me when pushing was needed. Now I must set my goals even higher and strive to be better."		#6. #7. KRIS RILEY - $200 HAMILTON OFFICE - MOHAWK COLLEGE "I responded to an ad in the paper which promised great experience and excellent pay. Not knowing what I was getting myself into, I went to the interview where I learned I would be selling knives. I thought I'm out of options, so I might as well give it a shot. A couple of months later I began to see what the Vector Marketing Experience was all about. I think it probably hit me sometime between sitting on the balcony at the Century Plaza Hotel and relaxing on Venice Beach, during the last FSL Conference. Vector Marketing allows me to spend time with friends and family, while going to college. The Vector Marketing opportunity has greatly improved all of my personal skills as well as my time management skills. I would like to thank everyone who supported me including my managers and friends Trent Steinke, Jeremy Brown, Greg Hall and my girlfriend, Jeanine, for pushing me everyday to get on the phone and go out there and do a better demo every time. Last summer I took advantage of the Vector Marketing opportunity and earned close to $10,000. This summer only I can set the limit. I've set my goals and will strive to achieve them. One of the things that I enjoy most about working with Cutco is the fact that it is the best out there.
